Started at Aluref SA as a welder in 2016 and was identified by the GM for his leadership skills. Since 2020, he was given many opportunities to stand in as a Supervisor and with the necessary training and guidance, he was developed and promoted to Supervisor in 2021.

Internally qualified as a welder in 2020.
NP Simelane
Started at Aluref SA in 2019 as a Trainee Welder who was looking for practical exposure to complete her studies. Externally qualified as a double-coded welder in 2022.
